* cmd/wol-proxy: tweak logs to show what is causing wake ups
* cmd/wol-proxy: add skip wakeup
* cmd/wol-proxy: replace ticker with SSE connection
* cmd/wol-proxy: increase scanner buffer size
* cmd/wol-proxy: improve failure tracking
